Eligibility for Returns
l Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
l Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
l All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
l Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from PaperPencil.com
Proof of Purchase
To process a return or refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase, which includes:
l Order confirmation email
l Order number or receipt
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email or social media platform
2. Share your order number, reason for return, and request (refund or exchange)
3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions
4. Ship the item back to us within 30 days of receiving the RMA number
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
l Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
l Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
l Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if the item is defective or sent incorrectly
l Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
l Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value
l Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs
l Exchange requests are subject to product availability
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

l Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear & tear
l Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
Store Credit Option
If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the full value of the returned item:
l Store credit is valid for 6 months
l Can be used on any future purchase at PaperPencil.com
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:
l Order number
l Clear photos of the item
Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
